Rhythm Hunters has, power, pizza, funk, innovation and hard worn school discipline which is being delicately channeled into their irresistible sound and Sweet IndoPacific Grooves. The seemingly esoteric music has tightness, flair and a love of traditions see Rhythm Hunters becoming a force in World music and indigenous Music genres’. Rhythm Hunters seems to be a force of nature rather than a grouping of musicians divulge that was so musically engaging and intricate that it feels like you have slipped inner an ancient untruth or other world. Artistic inspiration stems from the dream of celebrated multiinstrumentalist Kendra Freestone to create a self sustaining world music group that fuses the stateliness of Japanese Taiko drumming with the mystery of indigenous folk music from the trivial known Islamic provinces of West Sumatra and ace, Indonesia.

The seemingly esoteric music has tightness, flair and a love of traditions'. It’s caves time again the annual Rhythm Underground in Jenolan Caves but this year, due to environmental studies, we have something diverse to share. This year in November we are putting on ONE RHYTHM instead. It's a attractive deposit with so many huge things to do including bush walks, river swims or sampling the pretty cafes, art and craft stores, markets and historic lookouts. There is sufficient of accommodation available in the mountains. Extending a large thanks to all our fans, supporters and co creators. We had over 800 people in the caves this year and it all ran to plan. Lets honest say we’ll be bringing back some for in 2016. The design is our fresh Totem logo with tribal masks based on cultures influencing Rhythm Hunters music as well as including hints of the players in mask features. Its been a vast year with a highlight. We have a variety of fun Rhythm Hunters merchandise for people to buy to encourage the group.

Bringing your team together with drums is one of the most positive and enriching experiences a group can have. We go into schools all over the country offering interactive performances and specialist workshops. Walk down the isle to the sound of Japanese Festival Drums or have the complete crowd cheer you on with drums in hand. The sheer power, theatrics and size of drums makes for a spectacle that immediately seizes the attention of a new audience. We offer drumming shows with 1 10 drummers and can labor with the special teeming and special time frames. Drumming is fun, effortless and an engaging sure experience for groups. The students then get a change to play the rhythms on drums as individuals and in groups. For culturally specific shows simple language and stories about our experiences abroad are included as well as sufficient of opportunities for questions. Huge interactive experience for a culture or music based incursion. Shows can have whole music focus and be culturally non specific. Workshops for students of music or language can be arranged. Shows in rural areas will include travel fee’s on top of show fee. Established in 2004, the group performs at music festivals, corporate events and in Schools. Artistic director Kendra Freestone has been working in schools for 15 years as a teacher and performer. More than a drumming group, joyfully executed compositions feature soaring melodies on soprano saxophone, sweet ethereal tones of shakuhachi and a range of wind instruments from Indonesia. Artistic inspiration stems from the dream of celebrated multiinstrumentalist Kendra Freestone to create a visual fusion of Japanese Taiko drumming with indigenous folk music from the small obvious Islamic provinces of West Sumatra and ace, Indonesia. For the former two years, I have had the privilege of enjoying being qualified to arrange Rhythm Hunters to reach to our school. The value for money of their incursion programs, in terms of the time made available to students, as healthy as the diverse, wealthy and unique nature of their musical experience, talents and instruments. Their amazing musical talents and skills, which they generously respectfully share with all students, with whom they work, regardless of their background and skill level. Their wonderful interpersonal skills, whereby they have the gift of being capable to labor in an inclusive manner to inspire students from a wide variety of backgrounds and aptitude levels. Their capacity to inspire young people and teach them skills through music, which inspire a sense of focus, purpose and discipline, that can only be achieved by what they create and workshop. Their ability to work in a positive and supple manner together with many groups of students, from a wide range of backgrounds and skill levels and inspire them to strive to achieve sure outcomes and fracture free of the limitations, which so many young people experience today in their lives. Their ability to communicate with young people in a respectful, sure and affectionate yet steady manner, to break down the barriers of disengagement from learning that so many young people hide behind today. As such, they are splendid role models for our young people today.
