We are a boutique yoga studio and community space where yoga on and off the mat collide in the heart of Terri gal on the Central Coast, MSW. In addition to daily classes, we are also committed to taking the teachings of yoga shared for more than 5,00 years to better our health, well being and experience of this life off the mat and into world by offering conversations, workshops, events and courses. Please be mindful that yoga can be a dynamic physical practice. This class is originate to all ages and levels of experience. Yin yoga is a slower paced, deep stretch practice that combines floor poses with aware meditation to begin the body and calm the mind. Yang yoga is typically about building strength, power and stability in the body, while Yin yoga is designed to sluggish down and accessible your practice by holding postures longer to elongate deepest tissues in your body, nurture your obey and calm our heart. This class is pertinent for all levels of experience. You will learn yoga practices including postures, breathing and relaxation techniques to help amplify your awareness, strength and believe in your self and your body to nourish and birth your baby. Learn plain poses to stretch out and strengthen as healthy as breathing and meditation methods to calm your mind. Each class includes deep relaxation and gives you the opportunity to deepen the bond between you and your baby. She is an Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher and eternal student to the practice who has shared her love of yoga with men, women and children in London and Australia, as healthy as with marginalized communities including refugee women and the elderly. Mahdi also teaches prenatal classes, and holistic beginning preparation workshops, sharing her experience of yoga as an help to pregnancy and the birthing journey. Kundalini Yoga offers a marvelous opportunity to apply an ancient and sacred technology to your life, which offers access points for healing that you may have not considered before. You will depart this workshop with tensions released on all levels physical, mental and emotional. Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Style Class is open to all levels, from absolute beginners to more experienced students.
